**Disclaimer**

Our family is going on a big road trip while remote learning, and have been for a while now, so I have to design something smaller with a removable wing, so I'm going to make a bf-109. I will still continue to work on this project, and I will put up plans, and also refine those plans based on if anyone who builds this is having any problems and cad simulations, I will just have to wait a couple more months until I can build it myself. Obviously if the bf-109 build goes quickly, like I'm hoping, then I'll start work on actually building this one, but if not, then I will have a half completed he-115 at my grandma's house. (it would be annoying having to make a new one back at my house.)

I WILL work on the plane and release the plans as intended, but I won't get to build it myself, so if any of you builds it, you'd be building an untested plane (it'll probably still fly great, like most of these do)
I think flitetest is about to release a Bf109, check out some of @Splinter189’s pics

He said he's not sure about a release date, and that's what he said a year ago when he was asked about what planes were coming out next. Also, the way I'm planning to do the hatch will make it more worthwhile. With the standard FT hatch, it's really hard to access the battery.

Anyway, I'm too impatient to wait for a kit and plans half a year later.

If you don't feel like putting the effort in to designing a whole new plane (I know it takes a lot of work 😂) or waiting for plans I could always send you my 109 plans. It's a mighty mini sized though, not a standard size.

I want to build my own, partly because I want a regular size onne, and partly because I need the practice.

Thanks for the offer though!

That's fine, good luck on the build! Let me know if you have any questions, I'm more than happy to help you out! I love having other designers around!!

On your plans, how do you manage to get the inkscape file to a PDF document? I've already designed some parts, and would like to make them for real.

Now the main internal structure is completely done. While I wait for a chance to get going with the skins, I'll start on the wings. I think i'm going to do them like regular FT wings (with the ridges) for extra lift (I can barely fly the simple cub) , but there will be an option to do master series wings too.

some of the formers will go right on the edge where the box gets bigger, so there is no marker there.
qhat cad are you using?
