Yes, I have, but I'm on mac and autocad for mac is completely different from the windows version. Besides, Inkscape works great for me, and now that I have access to Illustrator, it works even better.

I don't think it's that complicated, although that might just be me, coming from Blender. If you take some time to get familiar with it, it'll pay off in the long run.

I tried to ultra mini the master series lightning a while back it turned out great. I never got around to flying it though so it just sits as an unfinished wall hanger.

That's the Heinkel 115 I've been working on. I took a break from the project when I updated my build technique, but I've just started version 2.0. It's a complete redesign, and should be easier to build and have more strength. Also the modelling is better.

I’ve had to put this project on hold for now, as soon as I can get my hands on the 3 channel ez pack I’ll start working on this project again. If someone wants me to make some detailed instructions I can.

It’s been almost a year now and I don’t think the 3 channel ez pack is coming back so at Flite Fest I built another b-17 using two gremlin motors but I was having a lot of trouble with the escs I was using so it didn’t fly it at Flite Fest. Wen I got home I started on another one and brought it to wings at work and this one really wonted to fly but every time I went to take off it would get about a foot of the ground and roll to the left. I tried everything but I couldn’t figure it out. Even Josh offered to try and fly it but I was fixing it after a crash and I was using some epoxy I borrowed but I didn’t put enough hardener in it so it took to long to harden. When I got home I was looking at it thinking about what I did wrong and I thought “the only two things wrong with it are the motor pods aren’t far enough Apart and I glued the wing on to far to the left” and then I realize that the right wing is slightly longer than the left making it roll to the left 🤦♂️ I’m going to scale it up slightly and use four gremlin motors, Hopefully it’ll make the margin of error bigger. Here’s a few pictures of the two (the first ones from FF)
