The video shows connecting one servo to Ailerons on the receiver, the other servo to Elevator. How in the world is that going to work - as Elevons? one side will respond to the Aileron inputs and the other side to the Elevator inputs. What am I missing??? TIA

Well - Duh - I'm new to the hobby and this is my first “Elevon” plane - so it didn’t occur to me that I have to make that wing setting in the transmitter. All is good. Thanks for the responses. Much appreciated!!!

Maybe they don't have it included because every transmitter is different. lots of good YouTube video on mixes ect. :)
Understood - but the key for me was Wing Type - Elevons. Don’t know if that’s a standard choice with most transmitters. Again, new to the hobby, so didn’t think of that. All is good. Thanks for the comment.

Yeah I was kinda taken aback when I saw that the first time. I think most of your digital screen transmitters will have it.

Oh. By the way is the Spektrum that much better than FlySky? Same amount of channels.
Yes, better interface, easier to navigate, and feels better in the hands. Buuuttt, the problem is the price. I just can’t justify that price for a transmitter. And the receivers cost 3x as much as the flysky ones. So for now on I’m just gonna use flysky.
