I have been able to convert the plans to work with the mini power pod and a A and F power pack!!
24 inch wingspans here is the plans

30 - 50mm EDF should go in a miniversion?? hmm?

I got some trouble setup the propmotor and edf to be correct throttle, but switch for edf power function well . Wrecked the prop ESC so need wait for new ones who is big enough Amp comes. (i did know this one was questionable, but needed try... ;) )

I put a 35mm edf in the plans!

a tip for hatch.. use a layer of 2k epoxy glue at inside, when fastned in correct curbe till dry, and it will follow the fuselage shape, even without shape-suppoerters inside.

Cool I just glued a little tab on the inside of the hatch
An more easy way could be to put formers on the hatch

What mechanism did you use for the hatch.
The rudder wheel seems to turn great!
Were you having problems with the edf?
