I remember hearing somewhere that the sweep of the arrow is strong enough that it will fly just fine without the winglets. I wonder if you could remove yours (or omit them on V4). It may possibly give you just a little more speed due to reduced drag.
Indeed. I’ve actually removed them before and it flies ok, not as stable as you get heavier. I’ll have to chop them smaller little by little with this heavy build I just did😎

Pullers can theoretically go faster than pushers due to the prop being in clean air.
Exactly! And it’s soooo much quieter too! Only down side is the motor is not protected as much during landing. The pusher thrust angle has a lot more tolerance. One big difference I found is that the slow speed handling of a puller has improved due to air constantly going over the control surfaces😎

Tested the F60 1950kv with a 5.2x6 APC prop, and the results are impressive. My 6s was made up of a crappy 3 cells that I put in series. New batteries are coming next week.
Got some 750mah 95C 3 cells I’m gonna try, then I also got another 1300 mah 3 cell to replace the one that hit the ground and turned into a pancake😎

Finally got my 750 mah 95c 3 cells in the mail! First flight on 6s and I hit a new record of 159 Mph! This PR was done on the V3 prototype that has no aerodynamic modifications besides packing tape covering.
Next step is building the least draggy one I can and seeing how fast that gets me😎
