And the plans are done! None of the shapes of the parts have been changed, I just redid the layout on the plans and tried to make it more user-friendly.
Here's a screenshot -- I've replaced the other two copies of the plans in this thread with this version.

Looks really nice! Did you confirm that the power pod will slip over the other fuselage piece? I know when I was looking at the plans earlier it looked like the other fuselage piece was a little too wide for the power pod to slide onto... Also, did you add a little right thrust to the power pod?

Oh, I knew I forgot something! I'll fix the thrust angle and re-upload it now. I'm pretty sure everything will fit together, since I used v1.1 to build my second mini flyer and didn't have any problems.
EDIT:
All fixed. The pdfs in Post #1 and Post #25 have the right thrust.

I have not thoroughly checked the v1.3 plans, yet, but I did notice the width of the fold cavities on the power pod are 5.8 mm, while the cavities on the fuse are 4.6 mm. If you're hand cutting, it's no biggie, just cut 1 mm smaller, but on a cnc it will make the cavity width a bit large. I think it would be best to adjust the plan to the 4.6 mm. The original FT Flyer plan is 5 mm, but I've found that making it a bit narrower makes a better fit for Adam's foam board.
Just FYI.

Thanks, I hadn't noticed the difference! I'll fix that.

What is your battery and where did you put your battery?
It’s a Tattu 2s 650mah 75C. I put it right under the landing gear.

Already done...
Don't even ask how I fit the mini power Pod + 3s 850mah battery + 2 9gram servos and a receiver in the main fusalage...
Took two hours from start to finish...
Here are the photos

OMG!!! You fit ALL THAT in the power pod?!! I had to put my battery under the power pod. I'm not sure how much mine weighs though. I really like your removable pod solution! When's the maiden?

Well probably not for a while im quite busy! :(
I'm waiting on the power pack to finish the fuse and start the wings, but I did get the tail pieces cut out a few days ago. Then I got impatient and dry fitted everything together with lots of painters tape to see how it'll look when it's finished. :D

I drew up some plans for a wider and taller front fuselage and made a tiled version

@GrizWiz --
The Mini Flyer flies better without the landing gear for some reason, so you probably don't need to make any before the maiden. For me, it just protects the battery a little, but you don't have that problem.
