Mini Guinea electronics help needed!

Last year I bought the speed build kit for the mini Guinea plane and after building it, I started to test the electronics and while doing so, I saw that one of the motors spun up fine, but the other had a twitch to it and was not spinning and after the winter I ordered a new esc thinking that was the problem but when I put in in the same problem occurred. I don't know if this is the motor or the esc or something else. I would love any suggestions. Thanks.

And I have the power pack A and I am using a 3s Lipo from Tattu 45c (11.1V/ 850 mAh)

It might be a bad solder joint in the motor bullet connectors.
