Mono-Phan Tvector - 64mm EDF Thrust Vectoring Aerobot - Must Watch Flight

The "must watch" seems to be related the advertisement that runs before your video.
The pop-up ads are also very annoying, in addition to the right panel ad.
I only watched the first minute or so and then skimmed.
Something very small and unrecognizable took off and specked out immediately
The horizon was around 20-30 degrees off level

Make the video worth watching and people won't mind the ads.
Close Ups of your model would be nice.
Explain how it works. This is something new to me (and pretty cool).
How did you build it? Where did you buy it? Any plans?
I had to go to another site just to understand what your video was about.
You made a couple of close passes, but not close enough to reveal details.
If you make it all about monetizing, people will lose interest in your work.
You may be the only one here flying that thing - educate us.

Best regards,
PCH

Here's a better video! Consistently speeding up the flight... Will soon reach the first target which is a consistent/sustainable high speed flight and maneuvering at 50 degree tilt angle...

It is so agile and quick on the maneuvers, yet so stable and capable for its single fan design, I will have a lot of fun with it:)

Full of...
Just a suggestion but I think it would be beneficial to everyone if you made all, or most, of your "mono-phan" posts in a continuous thread.

By doing so people could go through your thread and witness the evolution of your project. Just a thought.

The mono-phan looks like it would be fun to play with.

A bit hard to tell, but it looks to me like there is a stationary EDF on the top, so my guess would be counter-rotating fans.

Thanks Mostly Harmless! Between the fan and the vectoring nozzle, there is a yaw module that controls the torque via internal vanes.

Very clever. Would love to see some more details about this... at least a few close up still photos.

It'd be a very cool project to use this concept to make a scale model of the LLRV.

I'd be interested to see this as well. Maybe even submit a patent before you post on the internet tho. If it's unique enough, which it sounds like it is, you probably want to protect your invention.

Haha, I thought the Viper Probe Droid was a good application. The LLRV would be perfect!

Thanks guys! This is a patent pending design. I've been working on it over a year now, continuously improving it. I attached some pictures that give a better view of the yaw module and the unit in making...
