I like this concept. Simple, relatively cheap, and no possible way to hack video unless you are on the vehicle itself which is not likely at all. Although you cannot move it much since it is tethered, it is very useful for its purpose which can be to observe without being seen. Nice. Sort of like the Bell OH-58 Kiowa.
