I am returning to the hobby after a 3-4 year absence, I happened on a good deal of 4 different flite test kits. The first one I plan to build is the mini guinea. My question is the suggested motors are 1806 2280kv, now so I use CW rotation for both motors or 1 CW and 1CCW? Thanks for the help.

I would do one each. Counter rotating inwards. Depends on which props you have though. I wouldn't buy new props if you already have some. I buy drone props for a lot of my mini planes, so I use both flavors.
Ether way will work. I agree with @SSgt Duramax, a counter rotation setup would be the best.
A counter rotation setup will eliminate the prop effect.

Torque-roll has been nasty to me in the past. I would get them counter rotating if you can. Like @SSgt Duramax suggests - mini planes can use quad props - they usually come in sets of CW and CCW and they're pretty cheap.
