does anyone know how to mount a 200 gram motor onto a high wing depron airplane?
Is a firewall necessary?

What firewall-free alternative did you have in mind? Strapping 200g on depron that'll pull... what, a lot? Something sturdy that'd need to be.

to mount without a firewall, I was thinking the motor would be in some sort of harness or compartment that is attatched to the wing.

However you choose to mount it, it will need to be rigid to maintain the thrust angle. This can be done with an "L" bracket.
