So, my first try at scratch building, I made several mistakes and took several more liberties but I think it will fly. Time will tell.

No, I put it underneath as designed.

ah ok.. in that case make sure to support it with a zip tie or straw... keeping it up top makes it pull to positive which is more reliable... but it works fine under side as long as you support it to keep the control rod from bending when it tries to push against the air when pulling up...

you can also put it on the other side of the stabilizer without issue assuming the plane balances out.

I'll prob do something very similar to yours but with both servos on top on my next bloody build... it could be fun to see how flaperons/spoilerons change things.

best streamer combat plane ever. on C-pack I can get almost 15 mins w a 3S-2200, and that's flying the wings off it. on a 4S its just insane.
