Looks like a bloody baron with more aggression. So I will offer the name The War Baron (as in the War Doctor, giving away my liking for Dr. Who)

What about the Bloody Battle Baron? War baron does make it sound more aggressive though. I like it!

Been on vacation for the past 12 days out west. Just got back. This is on the to-do list, but it's not at the top. Might be a little while yet. I have a few changes to make to it before I give it a name.
