Naze32 pin remapping

A while ago I was building my first mini quad and accidentally let the magic smoke out of my acro naze32. I threw it to the side and never looked at it again, until today. I built a mini delta wing, and was wanting to experiment with some kind of stabilization. So i plugged in the naze to my computer and it booted up normally with cleanflight. The accelerometer works fine, but the gyro sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I plugged in my servos and esc to their apropriate output pin, and connect my receiver to the input pins. On the receiver tab none of the inputs worked, except for yaw, which only ranged from 1250-1750. I plugged my receiver back in through ppm, and nothing was working either.

I was wondering if it was possible remap the ppm input to the m6 output, which isn't used for a delta wing configuration.
