Need advice in my ft spitfire!

I'm ordering my first swappable and need some advice on equipment.
This is what I was thinking...

Turnigy park 450 1200kv (11.1v - 8x4.3 Prop - 13.2A -800g Thrust )
Hobby King blue series 30a brushless speed controller

would this be too much power? and what battery specs do I need for this set up? What size prop?

also we almost never fly in any less then 8-10 mph winds. will the spitfire even handle that?

30A speed controller is quite an overkill for that combo of motor and prop. 20A would work VERY well and be a tiny bit lighter.

I would use a 1500mah to a 2200mah battery for that motor, make sure the c rating is around 25-35c.
