Help! Need Fatshark AV cable with Power

Hi all! My Fatshark cable is starting to give me troubles, after 5 years of use. I've looked around and its either discontinued or not available. Would anyone be able to help me find this cable:

You can build (or repair) the power cable with standard 5.5 x 2.1mm barrel connectors. Digi-Key has a good selection of cable assemblies so you can make it whatever length you like.
