Need help with binding and controls

Hello,
Im just getting into this hobby. I got myself an aeroscout , and a tx16s (i know may seem overkill, but i wanted something that would last me forever and work with every plane i get in the future)

Ok so, I setup my transmitter and all, however when I try to bind to the aeroscout, the plane binds, however there are 2 issues:

- It won't stop beeping even after binded.
- When I test out the controls, both throttle and elevators aren't working. I can see when I try to move the elevators, the servo is moving a tiny tiny amount, but that's about it. I mean i know know safe works but only with the flaps/aileron, not with the elevators. The rudder and ailerons are working essentially, just not the throttle neither the elevators.

How can I fix this?
Thanks in advance

It sounds like your tx may be in the wrong mode (mode 1 or mode 2). It's something easy and worth checking.

A constant beeping from the motor usually means the speed controller (ESC) is either not getting any throttle signal or it does not understand what it is getting.
The ESC must be plugged into the throttle channel on the receiver and the throttle on the transmitter must be at the minimum position. Unless both these are correct the ESC will beep and not "arm" with a series of motor beeps.
Have you by any chance got the elevator and throttle plugged in to the wrong channels on the receiver?

...The rudder and ailerons are working essentially...
Essentially?
The rudder & aileron either work or they don't.
Can you tell us exactly what they are doing or not doing.
When you move the sticks on the Tx do the ailerons and rudder move?
