I am a volunteer firefighter, and make videos of our competitions. Here are some sample from my helmet camera. I want to get more perspectives, (multi rotors may help me with that) but what do you guys think?

This one was an in-house tryout for only 2 spots in competition.

Here is another from the actual competitions.

and here is our 4th place run on Drill #1

Can you put an umbrella over a quad and fly it under the spray?!?

Ok, a boxcopter (or similar amphibious quad) would be sufficent, but even staying high and dry should make for some awesome footage!

You could also make a simple, smaller crane for a gopro or something that lifts the camera up high...even a boxcopter isnt a great option, the motors will wear out much faster getting so much moisture in them.

"Kind of" related to this topic...

Are certain motors waterproof, or are they just not too damaged by water?

I ask because those aquacopters get submerged quite a bit.
