New Family in Flight

So I have a question that I would like some input on. I was involved in RC trucks some time ago and got out of it. Now I am trying to get myself and my son involved in multirotor's and we have built a few and we are taking it slow to make sure we follow the rules and do things right. My main question is with all the new talk of registering and new regulations on UAV's does it seem feasible to continue to invest in something that may become over regulated to the point it's not enjoyable.

Thanks,

There is a lot of views on this. Also a lot of ideas on what will and will not be included in the rules. I say keep moving forward with your plans, fly safe and smart and you will more then likely have no issues. Just keep your eyes on the news and keep track on how things go
