Help! New forum very old machine

Hello! I am new to the hobby and new to these forums. I have a Rotor bones drone kit. I put it together many years ago never flew it and kept it in storage. Now that I am older I wanted to see whether or not it would actually fly. I tried turning it on but the receiver did not light up, so I went and bought a new one. After purchasing a new receiver I did get the motors to spin up. After turning the controller off as well as unplugging the drone I no longer get life from any of the motors. Does anyone know what I can be doing wrong? The radio that I am using is a DX6I. I will attach multiple photos to help diagnose the problem. I believe that the issue is with the settings on the radio but I could be wrong.

Note: Tried re-binding and defaulting the radios controls, did not help.

You still have the bind plug in the Rx. Its trying to bind to the Tx.

Remove the props and rebind the Rx. Then unplug the power from the Rx, remove the bind plug & plug in the battery.
You will also need to turn off the Tx and turn it back on.
Turning them off & on gets them out of bind mode. You will need to get both the Tx & Rx out of bind mode before you can expect them to work.

Its also possible you have the throttle cut set. Is there a arming sequence for the flight controller.
