Yeah my first plane was a messed up scratch built mustang which was way to heavy, you will be fine.

Just ordered the Edge after building the simple scout, DR1 and p40. Quite an undertaking to start with Edge!

yea, I agree, the edge is definitely not a good beginner plane, I suggest taking a look at FT's beginner series. you should probably start with a mini scout or simple cub.

Best of luck on that maiden. Make sure to add some extra noseweight just to be safe. My edge maiden went south even as the cg was in line with the markings.

Just use small throws and you will be fine.

It is a master series scratch build which I put flaps in.

just use normal setting like a tiny trainer a little bit more heavy. remember to take it up high so you have time to maneuver and and make corrections. should be fun.
