New Motors, Lots of Wobbles! PLEASE HELP

So on my quadcopter I installed new motors because the previous ones were super under powered. The previous motors did not have this issue but the new ones when flying cause the quad to wobble a lot. The flight controller is KK2.15 and the problem is worse in auto level than with auto level off. Now in auto level its not over correcting because my P Gain is only at 20. With auto level off the wobble is a lot less apparent but is still there. I have a video below for reference and the first take off is with auto level and the second take off is with auto level off. Also after flying for a couple of minutes the wobble isn't as bad but is still there. Any suggestions help and if you have any questions just ask.

Find a different P value that eliminates the fast, rhythmic wobbles (even lower than what you have). Then, go through I, D, P, I, D as normal. P will give you fast wobbles if bad, I will drift the copter if bad, and bad D will cause it to be "bouncy" when rolling or correcting.
What happens with the P gain at 30, 40, or at 10, or 5? Just don't try 0.. Its like flying a copter without any actual flight controler.

Ok so I did a factory reset on the control board and the quad seems to be working fine now.

Well, which PID setting did you change? (go the other way)

Alright i finally got rid of the wobbles but after fiddiling with the settings now it takes longer to transfer from leaning one way to the othern what should i change tip make this transfer faster

That fast wobble looks like it was too high P on roll axis. If you have settled that down but the over all performance is sluggish I believe David Windesthal said stick scaling is what changes the over all response speed on a kk 2. I believe that is same as RC rate if you are familiar with any FC that use clean flight. You can also look up David's tricopter video where he runs thru a quick setup of a tri copter. That will at least familiarize you with what changes what on the KK 2.

Also, am I correct that the KK doesn't have D gains? Hence the "PI" editor..

Yes the kk2 onli has p and i no d and I'll play with the stick scaling and see if it makes a difference

My recommendation is to tune with the auto level turned off. Also, make sure to but something to isolate the KK2 board from vibration. The foam packaging that the board came in is fine. Use some double sided tape to hold it to the foam and to hold the foam to the quad. Don't bolt the board directly to the quad or the vibrations will cause problems.

With P too low, your quad will probably feel sluggish, slow to respond, but not oscillate. The best way I can describe it is that it's like you're flying a wet noodle. With the P too high, it will be very responsive, but oscillate as it is over correcting.

Tuning P for pitch/roll:
- Set your I values to 0.
- Set your P pretty low and test.
- If it doesn't do fast oscillations, raise P up by 5 or 10 and try again.
- Keep raising until you get the fast oscillations.
- Lower back down by 5 or so

With I too low, the quad will tend to center itself or drift from the angle you tell it go. With I too high, will produce slow oscillations. With I tuned to where it should be, it should hold the pitch/roll angle when you center the stick and not drift and won't oscillate.

Tuning I pitch/roll:
- make sure auto level is off
- test fly, pitch the quad forward and center the stick. the quad should keep that angle and keep flying.
- if the quad levels out, you need to increase pitch I
- keep increasing and doing this until the quad holds it angle after centering the stick
- if the quad starts oscillating (it will be a slower oscillation than when P is too high), lower it back down some
- do the same thing but fly side to side to find your roll I

After you get it tuned like this, then fly it around a bit to see how you like it. Write down your settings and then play around with them to see how it changes the flying. Depending on what you are doing with the quad, you might want it to be less responsive and oscillate less to make smooth video. If you are racing, you might want your P gains higher to make it more responsive but have some vibration as a trade off.

After everything is flying right, then mess with the auto level gains. Doing the autolevel last is good because your quad is already flying well, so you aren't fighting with other problems. If your quad is wobbling without the autolevel, you are going to have problems because the autolevel will be trying to counter act it and they will fight each other.
