New to flying question

I really enjoy building the scratch builds, but i fear i have ventured a little too far into it.
i'm completely new to flying. my first experience with flying is the mcpx... and all i can do is hover.

on to my question

What is the progression of the scratch builds should i do.. i kinda get the first three..
nutball, flyer, delta.. but after that then what?
any suggestions would be great thank you

probably the Old Fogey, then the Bloody Wonder, then the Baby Blender then the FT 3d.
