Lets keep this clean and orderly--like I need to tell you guys anyway LOL

Brand new Eflite 90* retracts DOA....Needless to say I was upset. In 10 minutes I had an RMA and an email from John Redman with the go ahead to send back. While this does suck to have a brand new set of dead retracts the customer service is OUTSTANDING!
