Just saw this video of the new Freewing 110mm f35

to bad im already building a 70mm f35 otherwise I would have considered getting this....

A beauty except for the fact they chose the c model….. and they made the vertical stabs much bigger then they are supposed to be which sort of ruins the aircraft for me…

Nice would like to see it ! Dont you use onshape ? How good is blender compared to onshape ?

I actually use both Onshape and blender depending on what its for. Like if its something mechanical or needs to be a certain size, than I use onshape, though if its just for decoration then blender is better if its a more organic object. Most of the time I just make it on onshape then color/paint and animate it in blender like here:

Hmm makes sense. So are u just designing the b52 or are u actually gonna build it and put edfs in it ?

Hah, this one is just for practice😉 Though I have been thinking a 70mm EDF foamboard version might be cool to design sometime!

Cool. Would like to build something large like this but I dont have the space currently. Neither do I have the foambaord as foamboard isnt easily available where I currently am. Having to order 2 sheets of foamboard online for my 64mm f35...
