Your other two cells are reading poorly as well, so this 2s would only really be good for low current applications. Goggles, transmitter, or a mild slow flyer.

@mayan if it isn't puffy, balances out well and it performs fine in flight, I wouldn't pronounce it dead just yet. Sick, maybe. What are the voltages after flight?
