One of my motors isn't spinning

Could be a rock or some dirt stuck between the stator and magnets which you can carefully remove. Otherwise it may be a broken bearing or bent motor housing and you'll be better off buying a new motor.

Take the rotor off the motor by taking off the c-clip at the bottom of the shaft. Then clean the stator.

Ideally with C-Clip pliers but longnose pliers work fine. Make sure to do it in a zip lock bag as the c lip WILL go flying once you remove it!
