I did type "save". And although the channel LEDs on the drone didn't change, when I plugged the drone back in and used "get vtx" all of the settings were matching what I had entered.
I also did not have smart audio set up, at least not intentionally! What's odd with all of this is that I've wired this VTX exactly as the diagram showed in the instructions, and it's just not working. I think I might buy a cheap VTX and see if that goes any better! Thanks for all the help! I'll post an update if I can get a new one working.
