Pdf locked?

Hello everyone,
I bought the tutor plans and I want to send a couple pages to the print shop but I can't extract just the relevant pages as there is a security lock.
Any work around to make sure I send only the actual pages I want to print ?

I use pdfsam basic (free), it will split it to separate pages.

I just found that if I open the PDF on chrome I can print to a pdf the selected pages
