When I get good enough to fly a wing I'm going to make one, get good with it and then fly it around people who will scoff.
If you can fly a TIny Trainer you can fly a wing.
My son who can barely fly and land his TTs was suddenly interested in getting back into RC planes and so I gave him a test fly of one of my wings, (low power and old prototype), he flew it quite well and in his first flight he was throwing it all over the sky without any of the control wobbles that he still has with his TT. So then I let him fly my latest hi power prototype and similarly he was soon pushing it to its limits with great skill. He even landed it perfectly at first attempt.
I ended up gifting him my original prototype and will start him building his own performance wing next.
I suggest that you build you wing ASAP and fly it and you will find it to be so easy to fly you will even amaze yourself.
Have fun!
