Pizza Trays Plane... aka the Very Easy Plane V.E.P. built with cheap F939 parts

Hi everyone,

after building 9 prototypes of the X-37ABC, without being able to design a fuselage that generates enough lift (due to low airspeed), I've decided to use the last prototype I made, as a base for the shape of a proper new RC airplane... with wings... this time! This is the Very Easy Plane (V.E.P.) and I've "flite-tested" it a couple of times, with very good results.

V.E.P. has been designed, built and flown, by me and assembled with £15 F939 parts...

This nosecone will make the life of the propeller longer...

I own already a "multi-functional" FlySky FS-T6 Transmitter

You need also some UHU Por (foam friendly)

3 polystyrene Pizza trays (the less difficult part of this project was to eat pizza)
2 bamboo skewer for barbecue
2 popsicle stick
a piece of velcro for the battery
2x 1mm pushing rods
2x horns (I used servo arms shaped for this purpose)

This is ingenious! Obviously, it's not the prettiest plane ever made, but it is one of the more creative ones. For what its made out of, and for how cheap it is, this is perfect for those wanting a first build that can be messy, cheap, and actually flyable. Well done sir. Well done.

Safe Flying,
Sam

Thanks for your comment!
The Very Easy Plane has been designed by trial and error :)
which is (in my humble opinion), the best way of doing it.
