Plane design

So today I was flying one of the planes I designed, and the wing snapped and it crashed. I ended up cutting the front of the plane, and I was wondering if I should rebuild the front of the plane, or just keep it as it is and put the wings on.

Glue and tape it back together and throw it back in the air. Keep doing that till you decide to build a new one.

I agree with @TEAJR6, rebuild. I usually get 3 rebuilds out of a plane, eventually the plane gets heavy as the weight of the glue starts to add up.

You want the plane to balance, that is the CG, at 25% of the wing cord. It's hard to tell form the picture, I'm guessing your plane has a 6 inch cord. If so your CG should be about 1.5 inches from the leading edge of the wing.

I used to rebuild after a hard crash, now I just repair until I feel like it doesn't fly well anymore.
