Can any one help with converting a JPEG picture into a PDF that can be printed out to build?

Simplest way for the "format" -> PDF is a PDF printer driver. I've had good success with CutePDF, but there are many others.
Good luck with the layout. look forward to seeing the build!

How do you want to build it?
Simple prop in slot profiles
Or fully shaped fuselage with twin deducted fans
Are you building out of foam? Or balsa or what? I would like to help but more info is necessary

Are you a licensed tax broker? And is it legal to deduct fans twice?
