Hey guys, lipopilot had made some foam wings with ribs, I think his site and youtube channel are gone but rctestflight has some examples of some monster foam wind with ribs. He heats the Depron with a stove to create the airfoil. If you use foamboard and depaper it, you can flex it over ribs easily.

Yeah....I used to use foam board from dollar tree....now I use insulation foam(bluecor, pink fan fold foam, and 1/2" pink foam from home depot). I think the reason lipopilot's channel is gone is because there was a contest, and he failed to give out the prize...
