Power Pack C

Hi everyone, as I am growing with the hobby my motors needs to grow as well .

Does a Sunnysky X2216 KV1100 V3 with a 40A ESC and 1047 prop will work as a power pack C ?
The KV 1250 will require a 50A Esc with such a prop, would that be better ? As a noob it seems huge to me.
I plan to power a FT Tutor, FT Versa Wing, FT Simple Stick and later on put two of these on a FT Cruiser and FT Twin Otter.
