Help! Power Supply electrical connections

I just bought a 400 watt power supply from race day quads. The electrical cable has 3 wires: blue, white, and brown. There are three terminals on the unit. Load common and ground.

Do I connect blue to load, white to common and brown to ground?

It looks to me like that 'white' is yellow which then make it the standard colour code for Europe

I was thinking it might be European. Definitely not USA color cides
