Hi Sid, that set up looks ok. You could go for a larger prop, say a 1047 slow flyer. The smaller prop will spin faster drawing more current. Remember the slow stick is a slow flyer so don't expect it to fly real fast. I ran a brushed setup with a 300 sized motor then upgraded to a 900Kv brushless motor with 3s lipos on mine with no issues but the hard ground. I loved my slow stick, in fact I'm thinking about getting one of the new Hobbyking versions soon.
