Help! Print settings for scratch plans?

I would like to make a stab at a scratch build. I want to start with the mini FT Flyer plans. It looks like a very simple scratch build with no complicate/difficult cutting.
I have access to a printer that will print up to 11"x17" Ledger size, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to make it print tiled format(?). All I can get is the top left corner of the PDF to print.

Any help in mitigating my stupidity would be greatly appreciated.

I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (free). Open the file, go to print, then select "Poster" under "Paper Size & Handling". Hit "Page Setup" at the bottom and choose your paper size (11x17 is "Tabloid", in this case). Verify correct tiling by the preview on the right and print!
