I assume you are using the correct binding procedure as described in the DXE manual.
1. Lower the throttle to the lowest position and make sure the transmitter is powered off.
2. Insert the bind plug into the BIND/DATA port.
3. Insert the ESC plug into the THRO port.
4. Connect the battery to ESC and turn on the ESC switch, if available. The receiver’s LED will flash rapidly when the receiver is ready to bind.
(if there is no rapid flashing the receiver will not bind)
5. While pressing the Bind button, power on the transmitter.
6. Release the Bind button after the receiver’s LED stays illuminated. This indicates the receiver is bound to the transmitter.
(If the receiver LED is not on continuously it is not bound)
7. Remove the bind plug from the receiver.

Do you know how old your Stryker is?
It is no longer available and was initially released way back in 2011. It is possible the earliest version was DSM2 which is not compatible with the DXE which is DSMX only.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for your help quorneng

1) Its the first time that i try to bind the dxe with the the f27q, do i need the plug? I was trying to bind without the plug actually.
2) Here are the specifications of the f27q :
  • Spectrum™ AR6400NBL DSM2 receiver/5A BL ESC unit, installed
  • Needed To Complete:
    • A 4+ channel DSM2- or DSMX-compatible transmitter capable of elevon mixing, dual rates, and exponential programming.
Is the DXE compatible with the f27q?

The DXE is not compatible with the Spectrum™ AR6400NBL receiver.
The DXE transmitter is DSMX while the AR6400NBL is DSM2.
Many Spectrum transmitters support both DSM2 and DSMX but the DXE only supports DSMX.

You need to swap the receiver for a DSMX receiver or use a different transmitter that supports DSM2.

thanks for your help...
what is the simplest and chepest option to use this plane ; buy a dsm2 transmiter or change the receiver?

Buying a second hand Spectrum transmitter that supports both dsmx & dsm2 would be the simplest option.

The cheapest option would be to buy a used Spectrum DX5e.
Example

If you plan to fly other planes and can spend a little more a better value would be a used Spectrum DX6:
