Have you calibrated your esc's? That should take care of the issue.

NOPE SAME PROBLEM AFTER I CALIBRATED MY ESC'S
Strange. I'll have to defer to someone with more knowledge of weird things! Mine was doing something similar. It was fixed after I calibrated the esc's.

This is helpful but it would have been more helpful if you would have referenced that he talked about the motors not starting at the same time around 9:10. ...just sayin'.

I'm not sure what you mean, I do have the video set to play at that point??
One thing I do is set mine at 20 regardless of whether my motors start at the same time or not. It allows me to accidentally nudge the throttle a bit and not start the motors.
You can't go too high or it may interfere with arming and dis-arming.
