Thanks for the reply. Just finished cutting the parts on the diode laser. A good little project on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Need to think for a minute about the order of operations for the glue up. The cool thing about the laser is that all the parts can be cut in about 10 minutes for $2 in foamboard.

Hi Jo. Thanks! It’s all cool stuff. For the first tests I put on some scrap electronics I had around. Started gluing up some of it last night. She is a little porky at 254g but that’s just a starting point. Can fine tune on subsequent builds.
