It is great plane learn 3D with. It has really helped me improve my rolling harriers and I even did a half riling circle with it! It is one of my favourite too!
sorry about the delay. meant to get back here earlier. dry 270g. auw 360. so not exactly light but it flies so well. getting 6-7 minutes which is longer than my fingers can hold out.

I have a good amount of small 1806 1800kv motors looking for a home, they are designed to spin SF 7.5x4 props, do you think this would work with one of those? I am thinking taking the paper off the foam and putting tape on one side, maybe if weight allows.

Although you could shrink it to have a 25in wingspan and use your 3g servos and your 300mah batteries. I made a 25in crack yak and it flies super good.

I think it might be bet if I go this route, although the 170g seems tough. Ill take a look later, maybe tomorrow at what I can do. The motor is extremely light, but my scale is a bit broken. My guess would be similar to the emax 1806 if not a bit lighter, probably 15g or so
