Programming Throttle Disable Switch on Twin Engines with Differential Thrust

Hello I could use some help. I am fairly new to the hobby and most of what I have learned is from the internet, mostly Flitetest and Experimental Airlines. I have build a couple of the FliteTest SuperBees. These have two motors and two ESCs and I have succeeded in programming in Differential Thrust but I can not figure out how to get the Throttle disable switch to disable both motors and not just the one that is the original throttle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Radio is a Spektrum DX18.
