Promoting and rewarding

To copy a great idea from one of your sponsors, how about rewarding posters
that give great advise and whom promote the spirit of learning.
This could be in the form of points redeemable for gift certificates, coupons to
your sponsors wares or your own swag.
Maybe a free Bixler plane once a year.
Easy way of promoting the site and everything RC!!

Paul, they're already doing something along those lines by picking people who have been participating on Facebook, by choosing them as the winners, when they have the episodes with challenges. I imagine that they will extend this to the people on the forum.

We are also looking at rewarding helpful posters in other ways. One of which is giving them a special status as "mentors".

What benefits that will entail is still to be determined.
