prop saver question..

I built a nutball and have this motor link. Iam also using the 8x4 prop 8x4 prop. Iam using the integrated prop saver on the motor with small hair ties that my 4 year old niece uses. I have to use seven of these to have a chance of flying.

what are you guys using for the prop saver? fyi:I have a lowes, homedepot, autozone, pepboys, hobbypeople and ultimate hobbies with in 10 miles, something local would be nice.

I use #14 o-rings from Lowes, a few bucks for a pack of 10

Latex surgical tubing cut into roughly 1/10 inch lengths makes for an almost indestructible o-ring.
