Propellors and Motors

My FT P-51 flat flyer came with the B kit (FT 2207 motor and a 9 inch prop). I've just built another flat flyer from scratch (don't know why I keep trying) but am out of 9" props (they all broke with my first three flat flyers. I have an 11 inch prop that fits well (meant for an FMS Cub). What happens if I use that instead? I know I can just go out and see, but if it burns out motors or will crash my plane for sure or something like that, I'd like to know beforehand.
