Push rod questions

So I'm building my first flite test tiny trainer and pretty much finished it but when I got the servos installed the elevator one it bends when it pushes back. Any advice on how to fix this? It wouldn't let me attach a video so I'm attaching a screenshot when the servos was pushing back and the rods just bent.

Check that the linkage stoppers swivel freely on the servo horn.
Loosen the set screw on the linkage stopper to check that the elevator moves freely and has enough movement.
Look for excess glue on the elevator hinge.

You need to support the pushrod some how.
On my planes I glue in a piece of foam & pass the pushrod through the foam to support it. I do this BEFORE I close off the top of the fuse.

Make sure the control surface is free to move. Sometimes you are trying to push the surface too far, it just won't freely go that far.
I prefer to use slightly larger pushrods, I find the wire from a marking flags works well. The stuff they mark utility lines with.

I have people use zip ties or glue coffee stirers to the fuselage as well. For my FT Cub, I was able to retrofit a coffee stirer where the push rod came out of the fuselage in the back and another in the front to help prevent it from bending when pushing.
