Help! Quadcopter Uncontrolled Throttle

My Quad throttle is well i don't to describe it best is to see for yourself (

) I am new to this and i need someone to help me fix this because I have no clue

Looks normal to me. The reason it seems to ramp up out of control is you have no props on. The FC is trying to correct attitute, but is ineffective so it keeps trying harder and harder. Throw on some props and see what happens .
