Question About Tail Rotor Size

Simply out of curioscity, is tail rotor size measured by diemeter of the whole assembly or length of the blade? For instance, would a 450's tail rotor be 64mm in diameter (if overall diameter is measured), or 128mm (if blade length is measured)?

its the length of a 1 blade but if ur measuring the total diameter u should account 4 the hub and blade grips.
