Goody good. Makes you wonder what the manufacturers do. Presumably they have to charge them from flat (or are they partially charged just from chemical reaction? Hummm).
I've been wondering that too, but then I realized it's not for us mortals to ponder such things of mystery. Maybe they inject compressed magical smoke after manufacturing?
